The Youth Department is led by First Lady Sarah Rivers and our Youth Director & musician, Joy Rivers.  The purpose of this department is to engage the youth in both spiritual and constructive activities that are conducive to a Christian lifestyle.   We believe that our young people should honor and remember God in their youth (Ecclesiastes 12:1).   The fellowship of this department includes youth services, youth prayer, annual fun park outings, bible challenges, etc.

As we live in these perilous times, we must acknowledge the many external factors that negatively influences our youth.  Therefore, what is most unique and vital to this department is our newly implemented Mentor Program.  Through this program, each youth is assigned a Mentor that provides a positive external resource for our youth to turn to. This program reinforces the positive parental guidance and spiritual teachings provided in their home.
